Currently, EncasaXO ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
